How can I send an email to an individual attendee through EventHQ?

Go to the attendee record to whom you wish to send an email

You can use either the global search system or the search/filter bar to find the attendee.

Click "Manage attendee" and then "Send email"

Click "Manage attendee" and then "Send email"

Write your email and click "Send email" to send the email

If you are using EventHQ's built-in ticketing system and the attendee is complete, there will be a checkbox labelled If ticked then the attendee ticket will be attached to this email on the form. If ticked then the ticket will be sent with the email

The newly sent email wil be included in the attendee timeline
