How can I review abandoned orders?

Once a booking is placed in the attendee's cart, it counts towards the total number of bookings for your event. This ensures that if you have a limit on how many people can attend your event, you never sell more tickets than you have places. If the booking is not progressed to payment within a set period of time that you can control, then it is marked as abandoned and no longer counts towards the total number of bookings for your event.

You may want to occasionally review abandoned bookings and follow-up prospective attendees to see why they abandoned

Click the "Orders" tab

Click the "Orders" tab

Filter orders by status

  1. Click the Filter orders button
  2. Select Order status is from the dropdown
  3. Tick Abandoned
  4. Click the Apply filter button

You are now listing only abandoned orders

Optionally, click the Created column heading to sort by created date
