Can I send notifications about new attendees for specific events only?

You can setup notifications sent to you or other people when a specific point of interest is reached in the booking lifecycle. These notifications are generated for all your events. Sometimes however you might want to create a notification only for a specific event. For example, send an email out to a contractor involved in organising the event, or to a hotel to notify them of a new booking.

To create a new notification, go to the "Notifications" section and click the "Create new notification" button

Complete the form and click the "Create notification" button

  • Select the point of interest in the booking lifecycle when this particular notification should be sent
  • Enter a valid email address where the notification will be sent.

ImportantOnly attendee related points of interest in the booking lifecycle are available. This is because an order or a payment can relate to bookings for multiple events and so cannot be event-specific

Complete the form and click the "Create notification" button

The new notification will be listed in the Notifications section

You can send a test notification populated with dummy data to the recipient email address using the "send test notification" button

To delete an existing notification, click the trash icon next to it

Then confirm you really want to delete the notification
