Can I resend an email already sent out to an attendee or a payer?

All emails sent by EventHQ are stored in the timeline of the attendee or order about which they were sent. You can quickly resend an email from the attendee/order record detail page

Find the attendee/order about which the email relates

  1. If you know the name, booking reference or order reference you can use the global search box else
  2. For an order-related email click the orders tab and search the orders
  3. For an attendee-related email, go to the event they're attending, then click the "attendees" tab and search the attendees

Find the email in the timeline and click the "resend email" link

Find the email in the timeline and click the "resend email" link

A form will open up allowing you to resend the email to any email address you wish

If you wish to update the attendee/order record to use the new email address, tick the checkbox labelled Update the record to this email address

A form will open up allowing you to resend the email to any email address you wish

Click the "Resend email" button to queue the email for sending
