Can I see the contents of emails sent out to attendees and payers?

All emails sent by EventHQ are stored in the timeline of the attendee or order about which they were sent. You can quickly view an email from the attendee/order record detail page

Find the attendee/order about which the email relates

  1. If you know the name, booking reference or order reference you can use the global search box else
  2. For an order-related email click the orders tab and search the orders
  3. For an attendee-related email, go to the event they're attending, then click the "attendees" tab and search the attendees

Find the email in the timeline and click the "view email" link

The email contents will expand for you to read. Click the "x" icon in the top right corner to close the email contents down
