Sending bulk emails to attendees with Campaign Monitor

EventHQ and Campaign Monitor working together makes it easy for you to create, send, and optimize email marketing campaigns to your attendees.

The Campaign Monitor integration is an "App" which you install into your EventHQ account. We will not charge you to activate and use the Campaign Monitor integration. However use of Campaign Monitor will incur costs payable directly to them. Their pricing page can be found here.

What will I see in Campaign Monitor?

EventHQ automatically creates mailing lists for you

EventHQ will automatically create a new mailing list for each event. When you send an email out, you can choose one or more mailing lists to which the email will be sent. This allows you to send broadcast emails to all attendees at a single event, or to all attendees across a variety of events.

Custom attendee data is included

Your attendee information fields will be created as custom subscriber fields. E.g. if you're collecting "job title" information from attendees, then this information will be included within Campaign Monitor against each subscriber. You can then filter your mailing lists to send only to attendees whose job title includes the word "Director".

Existing subscribers are updated

If an attendee already exists as a subscriber on a mailing list, then their record will be updated with any additional information gathered on your attendee form
