How do I require attendees to accept my terms and conditions?

You can require attendees to explicitly agree to your terms and conditions during the checkout process. This is especially important to do if you charge any form of cancellation fees.

Your account can only have a single set of terms and conditions. You cannot have different terms and conditions for individual events.

Scroll down to the Terms and conditions section and enter your terms into the field

Click Update settings to save your changes

Attendees will now be required to tick a checkbox accepting your terms and conditions

  1. Attendees can click the link to read your terms and conditions
  2. Until the checkbox has been ticked, the "Next step" button is disabled
